Private Video Licence:
This licence allows you to use the music to create a video/s for one client to view privately.
Each licence is for 1 project. For example, you are a wedding videographer and you produce a wedding video/s for one client to view at their home.
If you or your client will post this video online, such as on a website, on Youtube, on social media etc, then you will need the “Web Licence” instead.

Web Licence:
This licence allows you to use the music to create a video to post onto a website, Youtube, or social media pages.
This licence also allows you to create a wedding video/s for a client, and to post that video or a portion of it containing the music, onto your or their website, Youtube or social media pages.
Each licence is for 1 project. For example, you create a wedding video/s for one client and that video or a portion of it containing the music, is also posted onto a website, Youtube or social media pages. Or, you create a video to post onto a website, Youtube or social media pages.
For downloadable or physical products, it is for a project up to 10,000 copies. For example, you create a downloadable video, a DVD, an app, a game, an audiobook, etc.

Broadcast <1 M:
This licence is to use the music for TV or radio/online TV or radio such as for a TV show, introduction music for a radio show, where the audience is less than 1 million.
You may also post a trailer of the movie containing the music to post onto a website, Youtube or social media pages.
Each licence is for 1 project.
For downloadable or physical products, it is for a project up to 100,000 copies. For example, you create a downloadable video, a DVD, an app, a game, an audiobook, etc.

Broadcast >1 M:
This licence is to use the music for TV or radio/online TV or radio such as for a TV show, introduction music for a radio show, where the audience is equal to or greater than 1 million.
You may also post a trailer of the movie containing the music to post onto a website, Youtube or social media pages.
Each licence is for 1 project.
For downloadable or physical products, it is for a project over 100,000 copies. For example, you create a downloadable video, a DVD, an app, a game, an audiobook, etc.

FAQs
Can I purchase the music to play as my wedding ceremony?
Yes. You have a couple of options. To purchase a licence to use to play the music at your wedding ceremony, select the “Private Video” licence if you are not going to put a video containing the music on a website or on social media. If you are going to put a video containing the music on a website or on social media, select the “Web” licence.
Will the watermark be on the downloaded music files?
No, the purchased file will not have the audio watermark on it.
What format is the downloaded music files?
Our music files are in high resolution 96kHz wav files, ready for use in your video project.
What can or can’t do with the music after I purchase?
You can use the music to synchronize with own material such as video or slideshow, to produce a video with the music as background music. Depending on the licence type you select (see above), you may use your finished product for various purposes.
You cannot share, upload or sell the music product, and cannot use it with a static image or with limited repurposing.
The copyright of the music remains with the composer and performer of the work, and is not transferred to the purchaser of the music licence.
